By using LaterRex, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we believe you should actually understand what you're agreeing to.
LaterRex is a media tracking app that lets you save, rate, and review movies, TV shows, books, games, music, and podcasts. It includes social features like sharing recommendations with friends.
You sign in with Apple, or on the web with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use LaterRex. In the EU, if you are under your country's age for agreeing to online services yourself (between 13 and 16; 14 in Bulgaria), you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
When you post reviews, ratings, or create public lists, that content is yours. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the app and on laterrex.com (for example, in activity feeds and community reviews). You can delete your content at any time.
Be respectful. Specifically, don't:
We review public content (like reviews) for inappropriate material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. If your review is flagged, you'll be notified and can edit and resubmit it.
Media information (titles, descriptions, posters, release dates) comes from third-party services like TMDB, Hardcover, and IGDB. We don't guarantee the accuracy of this information.
We do our best to keep LaterRex running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on our own server infrastructure, hosted on Cloudflare, for data storage and sync. We may also need to take the service down temporarily for maintenance.
You can stop using LaterRex and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
LaterRex is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data. Your private data is stored on LaterRex's servers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. The courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction, except where mandatory EU consumer law lets you bring proceedings in, or be protected by the laws of, your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
